Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, drive sales, manage expenses and inventory, and develop the store team.

You will ensure excellent customer service and merchandising execution while maintaining strict adherence to policies and safety standards. The role requires at least one year in retail management, strong English communication, and the ability to travel between district stores.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in retail management.
• Strong command of English; excellent communication.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to think strategically and plan effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel to multiple stores within the district.
• Maintain professionalism and discretion in all situations.

Responsibilities
