Job summary

Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Assistant Manager I to join our store leadership team. You’ll partner with the Store/Multi Store Manager to supervise daily operations on the sales floor, coach teammates, manage merchandising, and recruit talent while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or store operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily store activities in partnership with the Store/Multi Store Manager.
• Provide coaching and development for associates on the sales floor.
• Assist with merchandising, recruitment/interviews, and maintaining brand standards.
• Utilize reporting tools to identify gaps and drive sales and performance.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through excellent service and product knowledge.
• Ensure clear communication of brand strategy, promotions, and incentives.
