Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Assistant Manager I to join a dynamic leadership team. You will partner with the Store/Multi Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, coach associates, drive merchandising, and execute brand standards on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include delivering sales results, developing talent through interviews and development plans, and maintaining exceptional customer relationships while embracing inclusivity and the EssilorLuxottica

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
1+ years of experience.
Detail-oriented.
Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operation.

Responsibilities

Utilizes all company tools to deliver sales plan, develop associates and achieve objectives.
Provides ongoing coaching for all associates that supports their growth and development while creating an inspirational and motivating work environment.
Acquires talent by utilizing networking and recruiting skills and conducting interviews in partnership with the Store/Multi Store Manager.
Maintains store merchandising standards and ensures brand standards are consistently executed.
Develops customer relationships and uses company tools to maximize sales and service on the floor.
