Job summary

Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Assistant Manager I to lead daily store operations, coach staff, and drive sales and brand standards. You will partner with the Store/Multi Store Manager to oversee selling, merchandising, talent acquisition and retail excellence.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, leadership and a track record in store operations, with a focus on coaching and achieving results on the floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience.
• Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operation.
• Detail-oriented.
• Uses critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of the operational components of the store.

Responsibilities

• Delivers sales plan and develops associates.
• Uses reporting tools to identify gaps and capitalize on successes.
• Provides coaching to all associates for growth and motivation.
• Acquires talent by interviewing in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Maintains store merchandising standards and brand execution.
