Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, is hiring an Assistant Manager I to lead store operations, coach associates, and drive sales on the sales floor. You will partner with the Store/Multi Store Manager to oversee daily functions, merchandising, and customer engagement.

You will recruit and develop talent, uphold brand standards, and maximize promotions and incentives while fostering a motivated work environment. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or store operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution of store tasks.
• Ability to coach and develop associates.
