Qualifications

• Ability to lead and develop store personnel and achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the store manager as needed.
• Communicates responsibilities and performance expectations; leads and develops store personnel.
• Assists with action plans to improve operating results and personnel development.
• Leads store tours at interviews and provides hiring recommendations.
• Trains and develops staff using company training materials; ensures policy compliance.
