ALDI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, drive sales, control expenses and ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will develop staff, model ALDI values, and foster a positive, collaborative environment.

This full-time role in Watertown, SD offers a starting wage of $25.50 per hour, with a $1.00 increase in year 2; typical schedule is about 38 hours per week. ALDI provides competitive wages and benefits to full-time employees.

Formación

• 18+ years old and able to work in a retail environment.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred; prior management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees store operations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Leads and develops store personnel and communicates expectations.
• Assists with action plans to improve operating results.
• Manages shift start-up, meetings and weekly reviews.
• Uses POS system to process purchases and resolve issues.
• Stock shelves, merchandising and curbside duties as needed.
