Dollar Tree, Inc. in Mentor, OH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customers, and team development. You will help supervise daily activities and maintain a friendly, safe environment for shoppers and staff.

This role covers opening and closing procedures, merchandising, payroll and scheduling support, cash handling, stockroom organization, and loss prevention. Strong communication, adaptability, and leadership to drive excellent customer service.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail or similar environments preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks described.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment with customer focus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address any questions or concerns they may have
• Help organize, and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor as needed and ensure the seasonal areas of the store are maintained
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling
