• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or retail leadership
• 3-5 years of overall retail experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages
