Job summary

Lids Sports Group in Mesquite, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee scheduling, training, and adherence to brand standards while ensuring a welcoming, high-energy environment.

As a key member of the store team, you will mentor associates, manage stock and visual merchandising, and contribute to achieving KPIs and inventory accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and brand standards.
