Dollar Tree in Bishop, California is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. This part-time role includes scheduling, payroll, cash handling, and loss prevention while keeping the store clean and safe.

You will assist with day-to-day activities, merchandise flow from delivery to floor, and training of associates while ensuring policies are followed.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
