Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily activities and help supervise store associates to maintain high standards.

Join us to ensure merchandise is well-presented, safety policies are followed, and store targets are met while delivering a positive shopping experience for customers and strengthening the team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical duties.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process directives and information requests related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention tasks.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including cash.
• Adhere to safety policies and ensure staff follow procedures.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop store associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Keep store clean, restrooms stocked, floors swept and mopped, and trash managed.
• Other duties as assigned.
