• Prepares weekly schedules to ensure proper floor coverage within fiscal guidelines.
• Promotes customer service by greeting and assisting customers; responds to inquiries and complaints.
• Supervises associates engaged in sales, inventory receipt, reconciling cash receipts, or customer service.
• Models sales expectations by communicating product knowledge and advising on merchandise selections.
• Maintains a visually appealing store; ensures housekeeping, visual merchandising, and organization.
• Trains associates on visual merchandising techniques to maintain standards.
• Monitors associate sales activities and productivity; provides coaching and feedback.
