The role drives performance through payroll controls, scheduling, inventory processes, and coaching for product knowledge and service excellence, across a brand-aware store team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a customer and product-focused sales culture and support the Store Manager.
• Analyzes sales reports and KPIs to guide in-store strategies.
• Oversees payroll, schedules, audits, and payroll accuracy.
• Ensures loss prevention and policy compliance; trains associates.
• Manages inventory flow, replenishment, and checkout operations.
• Develops a high performance team; trains on product knowledge.
• Leads recruiting, hiring, and development in partnership with SM.
• Delivers an omni-channel MAPS customer experience.
