Job summary

Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Excellent customer service, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and functions.
• Greet customers and address questions or concerns in a positive, approachable manner.
• Assist in merchandise transfers from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Follow corporate directives and record-keeping related to store activities.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store areas and secure assets.
