Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening/closing, customer flow, repair intake and completion.
• Ensure consistency in company processes, standards, and repair procedures.
• Delegate daily tasks to align priorities, service levels, repair commitments, and customer needs.
• Monitor workflow and resolve issues affecting productivity or customer experience.
• Assist with inventory management, parts organization, and shrink prevention.
• Support onboarding and training, and help coach team members toward performance goals.
