Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Maryland is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team of up to 25 Stylists and drive store performance. You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, onboard, coach, and motivate staff while delivering an omni-channel Oasis experience and maintaining Windsor’s visual standards.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, achieving sales, controlling payroll and expenses, and fostering a culture of respect and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.
• Flexible schedule including opening and closing the store.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and overall performance.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth store flow.
• Supervise training and onboarding of staff.
• Maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to recruit and develop talent.
