Archipelago Companies’ melin store in Rancho Cucamonga is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team, partner with the Store Manager, and open the new location. You will drive premium guest experiences and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include staff hiring and training, inventory control, POS management, event support, and maintaining brand standards. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings is required, with a culture of teamwork and service to guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• College degree is a plus.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver premium guest experiences and drive sales.
• Open and close the shop, manage daily operations and cash handling.
• Assist Store Manager with staff hiring, onboarding and training.
• Maintain inventory integrity and merchandising standards.
