Job summary

Archipelago Companies is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Lahaina flagship location. You will lead the store team, partner with the Store Manager to deliver a premium guest experience, and handle opening/closing, inventory, and POS tasks.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in retail with 1 year of management, excellent customer service, and strong communication. Weekend/evening availability and a willingness to build a welcoming store culture are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience and 1 year of management experience.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays as required.
• Self-motivated leader with strong entrepreneurial skills and guest-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and partner with Store Manager to drive premium guest experience.
• Open/close store and manage daily operations, inventory, and POS system.
• Hire, onboard, and train staff; oversee schedule and employee relations.
• Support store events, merchandising, and marketing activations.
• Maintain visual standards and brand image; execute floor sets.
