Role leads store performance across commercial results, team coaching, visual standards, inventory and operational compliance to drive client development and repeat business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail management or a related role.
• Experience in luxury retail or service oriented organizations preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and leadership skills with performance management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to analyze sales reports and KPIs.
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays and varied shifts; previous client book and financial management experience preferred.
