Job summary

Target Optical is hiring a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to lead the store toward success by growing a capable team that delivers the Luxury Retail Signature Experience. You will focus on sales results, customer satisfaction, merchandise presentation, and asset protection while optimizing quality Rx delivery.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, drive financial performance, and maintain top service standards. This role follows EssilorLuxottica standards in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed.
• 1+ years Optical experience.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Polished appearance and public communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales and operations to meet income and sales goals.

• Accurately staff the store to deliver gracious service and meet sales goals.
• Create an environment for manager development with challenging assignments.
