Luxottica's Target Optical division in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the guest experience and drive sales. You will collaborate with the Optical Store Manager to execute WOW!

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• ABO Certification preferred.
• 2+ years retail or customer service experience.
• Selling skills and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Optical Store Manager to deliver profitable store sales.
• Delivers the daily sales goal by flawless execution of WOW! Guest Experience behaviors.
• Inspires team to deliver a best-in-class experience by modeling the Target Optical Way.
• Provides floor leadership to ensure guests receive a top service experience.
• Builds and maintains brand awareness to attract new guests daily.
• Supports store manager with partnerships with Target Optical doctors and Hosts.
• Recruits, interviews, trains, develops and retains team members.
• Coaches and develops team to deliver WOW! Guest Experience.
• Ensures scheduling, guest retention, and brand initiatives are followed.
