The role requires 2+ years in luxury retail sales and at least 1 year in a supervisory position, with strong leadership and communication skills to motivate the team and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail.
• At least 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
