Acima is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing accounts, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves processing credit applications, educating customers on Lease-To-Own terms, and converting applications from in-store and web channels.

Eligibility includes being at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED. The position is full-time, with hourly pay between $15.90 and $18.14 plus potential monthly bonuses based on performance.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsabilités

• Drive customer growth through channels (web, partner stores, walk-ins).
• Identify, fulfill customer needs promptly.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments terms, and application process.
• Close the sales cycle by converting applications (in-store and web orders).
• Work with Acima partner stores in all operations aspects.
• Report to Store Manager regarding store and coworker activities and performance.
• Establish partnerships with retail store personnel to generate referrals.
• Address and resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
