Qualifications

• Must be able to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and oversee associates to achieve goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, coach, and direct staff to hit financial targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
