Panda provides a leadership training program of 3+ weeks to prepare you for success. This full-time, on-site role is in Oklahoma City. You must be flexible with opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays and hold Serve Safe certification to ensure food safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store and supervise associates.
• Hire, manage and direct staff to meet financial goals and guest expectations.
