You will hire, coach, and direct team members, while delivering the brand's standards and hosting a three-plus week leadership training program to prepare for success.

This role requires flexibility to work openings/closings, weekends, and holidays within a 50-mile radius of home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and supervise associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
