Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store, hire, manage and direct team members, and work toward financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

A 3+ week store leadership training program will prepare you for success; the role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays, and a willingness to relocate within 50 miles of home if required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Contribute to making the store a success.
• Participate in a store leadership training program lasting 3 or more weeks.
