Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide a 3 or more weeks of store leadership training and mentorship to help you grow professionally and personally within our Panda community.

You will manage a single store, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to reach financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and some mobility

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, scheduling, coaching and directing associates to meet financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain store standards and cleanliness.
• Participate in leadership training programs to develop management and operational skills.
