Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We offer a 3+ week store leadership training program, mentorship, and strong developmental support from our Panda community.

You will help operate a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive guest satisfaction to achieve financial goals. Success in this role requires a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a baseline of Serve Safe food safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead hiring, mentoring, and supervision of store staff to ensure performance.
• Participate in a leadership training program of 3 or more weeks to prepare for store management responsibilities.
