You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to hit financial goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to store staff, ensuring excellent guest service.
• Complete the store leadership training program (3+ weeks) to prepare for success.
