We provide 3+ weeks of leadership training to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be able to relocate to a store within 50 miles.
• Must be available for flexible opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store and manage associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a multi-week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for promotion.
