You are in charge of assisting the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program will be provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to relocate up to 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Participate in the 3+ weeks of store leadership training provided by the company.
