Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will assist in operating a single Panda Express store, hire and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

We provide a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success. Applicants must be flexible to move within 50 miles, willing to work openings/closings including weekends and holidays, and hold a Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Serve Safe certified (Food Safety) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
