Responsibilities

• Open and close procedures for the store.
• Maintain store audits at or above acceptable levels.
• Lead semi-annual inventory processes.
• Oversee safe procedures and cash handling per policy.
• Oversee supply management and ordering within budget for monthly/annual reporting.
• Monitor payroll expenses to stay within budget.
• Delegate tasks to employees and ensure payroll timekeeping is up to date.
• Handle employee reimbursements, petty cash, and travel expenses.
• Ensure building and facilities are properly maintained and maintenance requests are tracked.
• Ensure security systems (locks, alarms, deposits, refunds, vouchers, incident reports) are functioning.
