Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Evansville, IN. You will support customers with real financial needs while gaining hands-on experience running a store and leading a team.

You’ll drive account management, customer outreach, and risk management in a performance-driven, people-first environment with growth potential. Expect a full-time schedule, on-site duties, and brand-based training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required in accordance with applicable law.
• Physical demands include standing most of the time and light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing transactions.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy and integrity.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives when applicable.
