Kendra Scott, LLC is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager for our Charlottesville store. You will be the Store Manager’s right hand, developing and implementing the business strategy and leading brand experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Led functional teams in a retail management role previously.
• Multi-tasking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and develop teams and define success by impact on others.

Responsibilities

• Model, teach, and coach WOW service to guests and staff.
• Drive sales and store productivity as WOW Awareness Manager.
• Develop short and long-term business plans to hit KPIs.
• Motivate and recognize team, coaching for customer experiences.
• Increase brand awareness through philanthropic efforts and community initiatives.
• Uphold Asset Protection Standards and company policies.
• Communicate clearly; provide ongoing performance feedback.
• Be nimble and adaptable across business areas.
• Collaborate across teams to achieve shared goals.
• Make decisions with urgency to hit store financial targets.
