Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in daily retail operations, driving sales and ensuring profitability through strong merchandising, staffing, and customer service.

The role requires at least one year in retail management, excellent English communication, and the ability to lead a team, manage expenses, and maintain store standards across multiple locations. Flexibility for a 40-hour week and travel as needed is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of one year in retail management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store staff quality and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead and train store personnel; assist with evaluations.
• Support expense management and budgeting aligned with the plan.
• Monitor shrink and loss prevention; protect store assets.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager on performance reviews.
• Uphold customer service standards and friendly store environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and merchandising execution.
• Flex schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Travel to multiple stores within the district if required.
