Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. You will assist with merchandising, budgeting, inventory, and staff development across assigned stores.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail management, strong English communication, and the ability to travel between stores in the district. 401K eligibility, medical/dental/vision for full-time roles, and a uniform focus on performance are provided.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of one (1) year in retail management.
• Solid knowledge of business and excellent command of the English language.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Support merchandising execution, expense control and inventory management.
• Train and develop store team and manage human resources processes.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards.
• Participate in recruitment, performance reviews and feedback.
• Schedule coordination across days, nights, weekends and holidays.
