Job summary

DTLR, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, manage expenses and inventory, and coach the team for outstanding customer service.

You will assist with recruitment, training, and merchandising execution while ensuring policy compliance. A minimum of one year in retail management and excellent English communication are required; flexible schedule including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience: minimum of one year in retail management.
• Strong English communication; ability to interact with management, associates and customers.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, strategic planning and organizational abilities.
• Ability to learn and apply company policies, procedures and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Support merchandising execution and inventory control.
• Provide training and development for store personnel and ensure customer service standards.
• Assist in recruitment, selection and performance evaluations.
• Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with budgets and safety standards.
