Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations of a retail store, driving sales, controlling expenses, and ensuring excellent merchandising and inventory control.

You will train and develop the store team, participate in recruiting, conduct performance reviews, monitor loss prevention, and uphold safety and customer service standards; ability to work across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in retail management.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.
• Excellent command of English and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store staff performance to ensure quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead and develop store team, including recruitment and training.
• Assist Store Manager with performance evaluations.
• Help manage expenses and inventory to meet budget.
• Monitor shrink and loss prevention, maintaining targets.
• Ensure safety and business standards.
