Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer's purchase.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise flow: receiving, unpacking, stocking, restocking and building displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels by controlling damages, markdowns, scans, paperwork, and facility controls.
• Assist in planogram implementation and merchandise presentation as directed.
• Ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability, key control, and cash deposits; authorize refunds/overrides and count tills.
• Assist with store coverage in the Store Manager's absence.
