Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading a team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across our Corona store.

You will help drive sales, ensure brand standards, manage schedules and inventory, and reinforce safety and loss prevention while developing talent for future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee brand standards, merchandising and omni-channel execution to maximize sales.
• Lead and develop store associates; recruit and coach talent when needed.
• Ensure store operations, inventory, scheduling, and payroll align with business needs.
• Resolve customer issues and analyze store trends to anticipate demand.
• Maintain safety, loss prevention and compliance with procedures.
• Communicate company policies and updates to team.
