• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in hiring, developing and leading store associates while ensuring optimal customer experiences.
• Oversee store operations and maintain brand standards; drive KPIs and financial targets.
• Support Omni-channel strategies and ensure execution of company processes.
• Manage inventory, payroll hours, and scheduling; ensure proper opening/closing procedures.
• Adhere to safety/loss prevention policies and protect store assets.
