Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager by motivating associates to deliver outstanding customer service and assisting with store operations.

You will build relationships with customers, share product knowledge, and present a clean, exciting store that reflects our fashion-forward selection. In this role you’ll train and coach staff, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example.
• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
