Dry Goods is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates to deliver exceptional customer service and help customers create their personal style.

You will train, coach, and lead, develop store relationships, manage daily operations, and ensure sales goals are met. This role requires flexibility to cover day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsabilités

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
