Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager by motivating associates, sharing product knowledge, and delivering one-of-a-kind service to customers.

The role focuses on relationship building and upholding a clean, exciting store experience that reflects our fashion-forward approach. You will train and coach staff, develop relationships to grow the store’s business, and perform all duties of a sales associate to meet individual sales and account goals.

Responsabilités

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
