Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates to deliver outstanding customer service and help customers create personal style.

You’ll share product knowledge, build relationships and present a clean, exciting store experience. You’ll train and coach staff, develop relationships to grow the business, drive sales by meeting goals, assess performance, and implement solutions for customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
