You will partner with the store manager to coach staff, build customer relationships, and ensure smooth daily operations. The role emphasizes leading by example, growing the store business through relationships, and maintaining flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals.

• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
