You will build product knowledge, foster relationships with customers, and help maintain a clean, exciting store environment. You will train and coach staff, develop sales strategies, and ensure store goals are met while delivering superior customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service; train, coach and lead by example.
• Develop relationships to grow store business.
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales goals.
• Assess associate performance to improve service quality, increase sales, and meet store goals.
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs.
• Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
